Epidemiology
1
Epidemiology provides the tools and knowledge necessary for the development of clinical research. But not only in research. For clinical decision making, epidemiology is the grammar of clinical knowledge, which allows articulating observations from quantitative, basic, qualitative, clinical and public health studies, with the aim of promoting a better decision for/with the patient or for a community.
The Master in Epidemiology, already with 13 editions, develops skills and autonomy in Epidemiological and Clinical Research, enabling the identification, evaluation, intervention and communication on groups and populations health problems. This is a practical and empowering training, which covers a wide range of knowledge and essential and differentiating skills, transversal to research and decision in health.
