Unite! Workshop Series “Paving the Way for the Future”

Unite! has now available a series of online workshops to the entire academic community in order to reduce the barriers to human resources motivation, equality, career progress, and reward.

Unite! Workshop Series “Paving the Way for the Future”

These workshops are based on an analysis of best practices and existing policies for Human Resources Strategies for Researchers (HRS4R) in research and academia, policies and measures to eliminate brain drain and to strengthen knowledge circulation, barriers to equal inclusion and effective strategies to attract, assess and reward researchers.
 
The workshops are divided in three different areas:

1. Gender Equality Plans Guidelines
November 9th, 2023
Gender Equality Plans are a key strategy tool to implement organisational change. A space for sharing practices and future visions in STEM education.
Participants: Interested public in interested on gender equality plans
 
2. Mentoring Program for Early Career Researchers
November 17th, 2023
Mentoring programs for Early Career researchers as a tool for career development. A space for sharing best practices and a structure for a mentoring program.
Participants: Interested public on mentoring programs and early career researchers
 
3. Researchers Assessment Guidelines
November 24th, 2023
Researchers assessment within the Unite! community. A space for sharing best practices and ideas for the future.
Participants: Interested public in human resources, and involved in research assessment
