"The Master's in Sports Training aims to develop solid training in the area of Sports Training, ensuring a strong connection between scientific knowledge and the practical skills of trainees. The course aims to contribute to the training of coaches and professionals in multidisciplinary teams, enabling them to:
a) acquisition and deepening of knowledge and intervention methods for planning, conducting and evaluating the training process of athletes from training to high performance;
b) acquisition and deepening of knowledge that allows promoting the development of physical qualities in performance contexts, controlling the physiological effects of the load, avoiding and preventing situations of musculoskeletal injury and/or accumulated fatigue and immunosuppression associated with overstrain processes.
Two branches are distinguished:
i. professional branch, with training equivalent to the IPDJ National Coach Training Program, ending with an internship.
scientific branch, with the inclusion of topics relating to scientific research methodologies, allowing the graduate to choose to carry out a dissertation."

Sports coach: children - youth, high performance and for people with disabilities Personal trainer Technician specialized in Strength & Conditioning awaits recognition from the IPDJ for: a) Handball, Athletics; Basketball, Gymnastics, Swimming, Surfing, Volleyball: Full recognition to Grade III. b) Judo, Tennis: Full recognition to grade II
National Admission Exams 
Possession of one of the following conditions, as set out in article 17 of Decree Law 74/2006 of 24 March and subsequent amendments: a) Holders of a bachelor’s degree or legal equivalent; b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree awarded following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process; c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of the degree by the FMH scientific council Serial Criteria: i. Basic training area; ii. Classification obtained in basic training (degree); iii. Important complementary training in Sports Training; iv. Professional experience within the scope of Sports Training; v. Experience in Research Work
