The Mestrado Degree in Social Gerontology offers excellent, in-depth, interdisciplinary training that provides research skills, critical analysis, and solid knowledge of intervention strategies to address complex problems related to longevity and aging. The program is designed for individuals with diverse backgrounds and career perspectives who share a common interest in the study of social gerontology.
Deepen the knowledge of the field of Communication Sciences, observing criteria of high rigor, with connection to the organizational world (business, public and third sector);
To highlight the academic, political, economic and social importance of the knowledge and practice of communication in today's societies, marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity;
Orienting towards specialization experiences in both areas, with a view to Mestrado Degreeing the theoretical-conceptual and practical tools necessary for the high levels of demand in the professional exercise of communication;
Strengthen research skills with advanced theoretical, analytical, critical and methodological contributions, preparing for advanced studies (Doutoramento Degree).
