Objectives 

"Understanding the contexts (social, cultural, political, environmental, economic, and legal) of the different sport organizations (public
and private, for-profit or non-profit), which bring complexity, ambiguity, impermanence, and enormous challenges for the
development and insertion in the community
Possessing management knowledge (financial, economic, technological, human, and informational) optimizing the effectiveness
and efficiency of sports organizations for organizational performance, as well as their insertion in the community through social
responsibility and wealth production. Face to change, innovation in services and in the internal processes of organizations are
unavoidable, in Sport Management.
Developing sports services (sports associations, public services and for-profit private services), allowing sport to be accessible to
populations, comprehending variations according to age, gender, motives, and possibilities.

Career prospects 
Technical staff who develop their professional activity within the scope of sports management in the various public or private administration bodies, namely sports managers of public and private institutions linked to sports, presidents, technical directors and administrative secretaries of sports federations, general directors and club sports staff, local authority sports technicians.
National Admission Exams 
Holding a bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences or related areas, or legal equivalent, study cycles corresponding to a minimum number of 180 ECTS; Holding a bachelor's degree in Management or related areas, or legal equivalent, study cycles corresponding to a minimum number of 180 ECTS; Holding a foreign higher academic degree, with a first cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process; Holding of a foreign higher academic degree recognized as meeting the objectives of the bachelor's degree by the Scientific Committee; Holding a school, scientific, or professional curriculum, recognized as attesting the ability to carry out this cycle of studies by the Scientific Committee. Candidates will be subject to a ranking process, criteria: final course average and analysis and scoring of academic and professional CVs.
