Physics studies nature in all scales, from elementary particles to nuclei, atoms and molecules, the phases of matter, the planets, the universe.
The Bachelor in Physics provides a solid and comprehensive training in fundamental and applied physics.
The course is structured in two phases, a first general training in mathematics and physics and a second additional training in more advanced physics. In this you can choose different paths: Physics, which provides training in the key areas of contemporary physics; Astronomy and Astrophysics, which includes targeted training for this area; and Minor in another scientific area, which allows different multidisciplinary profiles, combining training in physics with training in another scientific area.
The Bachelor in Physics provides access to postgraduate training in Physics or other related areas.
The Department of Physics has extensive experience in teaching and research, internationally recognized.
The Bachelor in Physics is a choice for those who want to work in the future on the frontiers of science and technology, and compete in a highly demanding international job market.
