Undergraduate Degree in Law from the Lisbon School of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal.

He attended the Public Management Training Course (FORGEP) and holds a Diploma of Legal Specialisation in Public Administration, both provided by the National Institute of Administration, I.P. (INA).

He worked as Executive Director of the Services of the Rector’s Office of the University of Lisbon, a 2nd grade top manager, from October 13th, 2021, to August 31st, 2022.

He worked as Director of Human Resources Department of the Central Services of the University of Lisbon, a 1st grade top manager, from November 13th, 2013, to October 12th, 2021.

He worked as Head of Division for Training, Support for Evaluation and Competitions for Non-Teaching Staff of the Human Resources Services at the Centre for Common Resources and Shared Services of the University of Lisbon, a 2nd grade top manager. He also worked as Coordinator of the Legal Support and Human Resources Department at the Centre for Common Resources and Shared Services of the University of Lisbon, a 4th grade top manager.

He worked as Senior Technician in the Research Support Office and Student Support Office at the Faculty of Fine-Arts of the University of Lisbon.

He was an intern in the professional internship programme conducted by the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) at the Research and Study Centre for Multimedia Art of the Faculty of Fine-Arts of the University of Lisbon.

He has participated in several training courses, including the Initial Pedagogical Training Course for Trainers.
