The series "Unite! Teaching and Learning" are back for the third round

This Teaching and Learning (TaL) series of activities are aimed at teaching staff, lecturers and faculty in all Unite! partner institutions (including Ph.D. students and postdocs involved with teaching), who are interested in sharing and developing teaching and learning practices.

Unite! Teaching and Learning

The TaL series is organised by Unite! Teaching and Learning Academy task force, which joins the most highly qualified pedagogical experts of our alliance. This high level of expertise can guide and support our faculty and teachers to promote genuine engagement, deep learning and innovative teaching practices for the Unite! community. Since the activities are taught by members of the different partners and open to the whole community, this is also a unique opportunity to meet with the faculty members from Unite!’s partner universities

TaL launched in the spring of 2021, and since then it has proved to encourage collaborations within the community. The upcoming series, which will mark the first anniversary of the initiative, will launch on February 15th with the Kick Off webinar titled “Engaging Virtual Spaces”. This new series is filled with exciting new topics that will cover a broad range of the challenges and opportunities we face in class, from sustainability to internationalisation, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship education, etc. All the information about each activity can be found in Unite! website. Please consider registration deadlines for each activity.

Another highlight of this series is that registrations will also be carried through the Unite! Metacampus. This means that users must have their own Metacampus account to access the course. Once you have logged into the Metacampus platform, pre-registration is required for each activity. In order to clarify any doubts which may arise from the registration process, Unite! created a guide in PDF format which you can also find in the Unite! article about this event

The activities – webinars, courses and training events – are free of charge for the Unite! community. All activities are held in english and run online. Participants may receive a certificate, and some of the activities award credits.
